These terms are a placeholder. Before Wardkeep accepts paying customers, this page will contain the real Terms of Service covering who we are, the personalised-book product, delivery timeframes, cancellation, the disclaimer of warranties, and governing law (Western Australia).

1. Who we are

Wardkeep is a personalised children's adventure book service operated by Barking Iguana. [Registered business name, ABN, and contact address to be inserted here.]

2. What you're buying

A custom hardcover or digital book featuring your child as the hero of a magical trail through your local area. Each book is individually generated using the details you provide at checkout and is therefore non-returnable once production has begun, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

3. Delivery

Digital PDFs are delivered by email within 24 hours of payment. Hardcover books are printed and shipped by our print partner (Lulu). Expected delivery times vary by location; typical Australian orders arrive within 10–15 business days.

4. Safety & supervision

The trails in our books take children to real public places. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult on every visit. Wardkeep does not accept liability for injury or misadventure during trail activities.

5. Intellectual property

The story, illustrations, typography, and branding remain Wardkeep's property. You are licensed to read, print, and share the book for personal family use. Commercial resale is not permitted.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
