Refund Policy

This policy is a placeholder. The final version will align with Australian Consumer Law and our operational reality as a personalised print-on-demand business.

Before production begins

If you've just placed an order and had a change of heart, email us within 12 hours and we'll cancel and refund in full. After that window your book has started generating and the production cost is committed.

Digital PDF

Digital PDFs are delivered within 24 hours. Because the product is instantly consumed, refunds are only offered where the file is faulty (unreadable, truncated, or materially different from what was configured).

Hardcover

If your hardcover arrives damaged, misprinted, or with the wrong personalisation details, we'll reprint or refund at no additional cost. Email us with a photo within 30 days of delivery.

Because each book is personalised and printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law for goods that are faulty or not as described.

How to claim

Email support@wardkeep.barkingiguana.com with your order reference (WK-...) and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within two business days.
